Don't fall for the megapixels arms race: 6.3MP is fine for even sizable enlargements and you gain far more in usable high-sensitivity shooting than you'll ever lose in raw resolution. This is a fantastic second camera for evening and snap shooting. Also consider:
I have a Canon EOS 350D, but wanted a camera I could put in my pocket - but wanted great results! I was not disappointed, there are various modes and the colours are SUPERB - it has a fuji chrome mode, which brings the colours out - a great little camera - the photos (imho) are on a par to my CANON!
